No More Water for You Until Spring
Hey trail runners and anyone else planning a trip to a Chicago park:
I received word that all comfort stations (the park district’s words — pretty sure this is just a fancy way of saying “poop spots”) and water fountains will be turned off at the end of this month — so I assume todayabouts — as Chicago prepares itself for the long, thirsty, winter ahead.
Start hydrating now for the coming months. Oh wait, I guess it’s too late for that. Well, chug ’em if you got ’em.Tags: Chicago, Hydration, Lakefront Trail, Park district, Winter Running
