Going in to Lively, we already knew that Keens are a great product. What was special about our trip was the service and patience we received from Michele, who was working alone and still made time to help us find the right sandal for our 4 year old. Michele worked with our kiddo to find the right color, size, and even helped her build an obstacle course so our kiddo could try the sandals out for some hopping around to make sure they were rugged enough. They are and our kid loves them. Thanks for everything!
