We hope you love everything you purchased from Lively Athletics! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange according to the guidelines below.

All returns must meet the condition requirements outlined below.

Full-Price Items

Full-price items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment, unless merchandise store credit is requested.

Returns made after 7 days and before 30 days will be issued as a digital gift card.

Returns made 30 days or more after purchase are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, unless defective at the time of sale.
  • All original tags must remain intact and attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
  • A receipt is required unless you are a member of the Lively Athletics loyalty program.

Returning Online Purchases

Online purchases can be returned in person at our Oak Park store or shipped back to us.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping online returns back to Lively Athletics. Return shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed by Lively Athletics.

How to Return an Online Order by Mail

  1. Email orders@livelyathletics.com before shipping your return. Include your reason for returning the item.
  2. Make sure your items meet the return conditions and are within the eligible return window.
  3. Package your items securely, including the original shoe box for footwear returns.
  4. Ship your return to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
