Shipping Policy
We currently offer shipping within the continental United States, as well as free in-store pickup at Lively Athletics in Oak Park, Illinois.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order:
- Orders under 5 lbs: $8.00 flat-rate shipping
- Orders 5–20 lbs: $18.00 flat-rate shipping
Shipping is available within the continental United States only.

Prefer to pick up your order? Free in-store pickup is available at Lively Athletics.
You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Return Shipping
Online purchases may be returned in person at our Oak Park store or shipped back to us.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping online returns back to Lively Athletics. Return shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed by Lively Athletics.
If you're returning an online order by mail, please email orders@livelyathletics.com before sending your return. Include your reason for returning the item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when mailing your return.
