Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love everything you bought just as much as we do. If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange as detailed in this policy. Merchandise purchased from online at livelyathletics.com may be returned at our physical store, Lively Athletics, or via mail at cost to the shipper.
Condition: Unused, unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned with tags intact and attached. Items must be free of any strong odors (including but not limited to: smoke, perfume, pet odors). Shoes must be returned in their original box or the return will not be accepted. Lively is not responsible for any incurred shipping costs.
Full Priced Items: Return within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless a merchandise credit is requested. Returns made after 7 days will be issued as a merchandise credit. Returns made more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Online purchases may be returned in boutique within 30 days of the Shipment Delivery date for a full refund. Purchases made via PayPal may be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.
Final Sale: Intimates, Gift Cards, and items marked as clearance are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
Price Adjustments: Lively Athletics does not issue price adjustments for prior purchases.
Credit Card Purchases: Purchases made with credit or debit cards will be refunded to the original card. Due to varying bank policies, please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear. Cash returns exceeding available register funds will be issued as a corporate check, and my take up to 7 days for processing. Returns made with a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit.
Return Procedures: If you would like to return or exchange your item(s), please send an email to email@example.com. Please include your reason for return and ship your return to the address below. You are responsible for sending the package through a trackable return method. If you do not use a trackable return method and the package is lost, we cannot issue a refund. We request notification of returns in order to track your package and process your refund appropriately. Any returned items that do not meet the return policy will be returned back to you.
